Corrections, disputes and removals for your listing
Pickleball Court Guide lists every pickleball court business in Klang Valley. Your listing pulls together publicly available information: business name, address, phone number, website, hours, and services from sources you control or publish online. Your score and review summary come from public Google reviews. We apply the same published rubric to every court, so no payment can move a score up or down. This page explains what you can correct, what you can dispute, and when we remove listings. The full rubric is published under ranking method.
How to fix factual errors
Your name, address, phone, website, hours, or services can be corrected if you provide the right information and proof we can verify it against. A Google Business Profile, your own website, or a current business registration all work. Once we confirm and apply a correction, it stays through future data refreshes. Correcting a field once saves you from reporting the same error again.
How to challenge your score
Scores are never hand-edited by staff. A dispute asks us to check whether the input was correct: whether the profile really belongs to your business, whether the reviews were actually written for you, or whether our summary misread what reviewers said. We re-check the sources and rebuild your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number if the input is accurate.
When listings are removed
We remove listings if your business is permanently closed, if the listing is a duplicate, or if it falls outside our scope. We also run a verification cycle every month that catches and removes closed businesses automatically. An accurate, in-scope listing will not be removed even if you ask. If we decline removal, we tell you why plainly.

How long responses take
Every request gets an acknowledgment within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are actioned within 7 days. Declined requests come with the reason stated.
